More observations

Just few days back,I went to Panchmarhi (MP) with my friends...
Panchmarhi is a very beautiful hill station, reserved forest area lying in Satpura hills
And it's a tourist place and not so cheap
So people who are well educated/ belong to good families are supposed to visit such places....
There I observed people had dumped the wrappers of kurkure, lays etc. wherever they liked
in spite of the fact that there were a good number of dust-bins
still people can not carry these wrappers with them just for few moments
and these days almost eveyone is aware that plastic and polythene take a lot of time to destroy
and also u are in reserved forests so one should think about these things...
Really many times I think that just a little laziness/ carelessness is creating so many problems....
if every one would keep these small things in mind then we can change the earth
and take the humanity to a different direction....
We should reduce the use of polythene/ plastic in our daily life as well..
but we people are too lazy to carry a bag .....
the one should change himself and do not bother about others
Tha only thing i want to say here is that
Don't wait that one day will come when everyone will get changed
only after that I will change myself
U just change yourself and that u can do in this moment as well
Thanks,
Lokesh

Daily life observations

hi friends,
I was thinking of writing on this topic since a long time
but was too busy to write.....
It's my daily life observation on road when I come to office on bike....
A 10 kms long drive.....
Everybody is in hurry when he/ she is on road....
Everyone wants to reach his destination as soon as possible
which creates such a big problem that at the same place at the same time
with the same people we have a long standing jam.....
sometimes I think that people don't understand even a simple thing
that if the traffic of one side will be blocked then how would u pass from that area....
Either the we people don't have common sense or our common sense is non-sense...
Then again on the road there are traffic signals to avoid the jams
but as we find that no traffic policeman is standing there we try our best to break the red-light....
we don't care even for our life just to save 2-3 mins...
It can cause such a harm which can't be recovered in whole of our life or
we can even loose our life, but who cares???
We have a very different thinking that If Indian govt. wants us to reach home safe then
it should post a man on each traffic light keeping eye on us so that we don't break it.....
Again, if we wear helmet while driving then it's for our safety but if there is nobody to check
we would not wear it....
we would not tie seat belt....
Why????
Why there should be somebody to check all these???
I think it's our life and we should be concerned about it rather than somebody else....
these rules are meant for our safety and
we should FOLLOW these rules even if there is nobody to check....
And as far as I think these are not rules which should be implemented....
These are some instructions which are from our safety...
we should understand it and should not be in so hurry on roads...

Also, one more observation I would like to share with u....
If I talk about these things with ppl who are well educated even there response is very strange
"Are yaar itni tension kyon leta h"
"Nikal aaye na red-light se ab kya sochna"
But as far as I think most of the problems in our life are created by us and
can be avoided if we ppl. would start taking responsibility....
Also we have 101 reasons for not following these instructions
e.g."that we are ready to change but it would not make a difference"
As everybody thinks in the same way and nobody changes so nothing happens.
Things remain the same .
So I would request u all "don't wait for others to change, u just change urself"
It can take sometime when others will realize the same
but it would happen only if some ppl. would take initiative.
And there is no harm in taking a initiative.
Atleast u r doing something positive and
if u do something good in ur life
then it also gives a certain level of satisfaction to u as well.

Lokesh

Stop and watch

Hi Friends,
I know that it would be difficult for me to write something...
As u guys know "English me haath thoda tang h".....
but I would like to share some of my thoughts with u ...
most of my friends must be knowing about what I am going to write....
As everybody specially working in IT industry keeps on complaining "yaar time hi nahi h"
but i don't think so...
I think it's the lack of management of time.....
Everyone has got 24 hrs. in a day...
but only few people manage ....
People go for management courses but if u observe them then u will find that most of the guys don't know how to manage themselves...and these guys would be managing a team of 8-10 ppl after 2 years...
Whenever I discuss these things with someone it reminds me of one sentence of my uncle "beta,ab job join ker rhe ho...Work life me balance maintain rakhna ...
warna jitna kamaoge ne sab khud k upar hi lga doge...after working for 13-15 yrs."
so coming back to point...
I would like to draw the attention of all of my friends to this point
"Please maintain a balance in ur life"
Don't get involved so much in work that u forgot about urself ....
Don't keep on running in the same race in which whole of humanity is running...
And this race has got no end....ur life will come to an end but this race will not end...
so friends stop running in the race and watch the other important things in ur life...
which u have postponed in ur life many times earlier also...
this may be drawing for someone, listening music for someone, yoga for someone, meditation for someone .....
Spend time with urself...Just sit silently for two minutes and ask from urself
"are u satisfied with the life which u are living right now"
what can be done to make it better??
this may look like a philosophical matter which is good to discuss
but it's not very difficult to implement in ur life ...
U may have to face difficulties in the starting but later on it will make ur life smoother ....
so last but not least "Stop and Watch"

Will write more on this if I will feel so
